Are your products genuine (authentic) ?

Yes, our products are 100% genuine (authentic). We purchase directly from manufacturers and reliable wholesalers in Japan.
What is the minimum quantity ?

You are able to order from 1 unit (Piece). We will ship via Fedex about small products.
What is the payment method ?

We accept Paypal, Credit card and Bank transfer (both e-transfer and normal transfer). All payment have to be advance payment.
Can you accept free return ?

No, we cannot accept for return or replacement any item, unless it arrived damaged (we cannot accept return by mistake purchase or change mind).
What carrier do you use ?

We will ship via Express air mail (Now we can't ship via sea by effect of COVID-19). Small parts are Fedex or Japan post. Large parts are UPS.
Do you have the manual (instruction) in English ?

No, almost manuals are in Japanese. Therefore I will translate in English if you want.
